We’re excited to invite you to a 2-day horsemanship clinic with Robbie Potter, happening September 6 & 7 at the beautiful Leatherwood Mountain Resort! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, this clinic offers the perfect opportunity to refine your skills, improve your horse’s performance, and deepen your understanding of horsemanship. Robbie will provide personalized coaching in a stunning, relaxed setting, helping you and your horse build a stronger, more effective partnership.

Details

  • Limited to 15 Participants

  • All levels of riders are welcome.

  • Covered Arena & Outdoor Arena

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times - no loose dogs allowed on trails.

  • Negative Coggins Required

  • Please bring a bagged lunch or boxed lunch (3 different choices)add-on available. ($12)

Fees

  • Participant Fee: $425 (paid to RPH)
    *A $125 deposit required to reserve spot. Balance is due 30 days before clinic.

  • Audit Fee: $25 per day

  • Facility Fee: $20 for the weekend (paid to the facility)

  • Stalls: $30 per night, please call 336-973-5044 to reserve a stall. Bring your hay/feed for your horses. We have inside 12x12 stalls and open-air covered 10x12 stalls available. Additional bedding can be purchased for $9 per bag.(paid to facility)

  • Camping: $30 per night - please call 336-973-5044 to reserve a campsite. We have 18 30amp sites with power and water located in the Creekside campground. We also have  5 20amp breaker sites in our Trail Barn campground.

Facility, stall, & audit fees will be collected upon arrival.

 

Clinic FAQ’s

  • A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.

    If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration in order to secure your spot. The remaining clinic fee will be due 30 days prior to the clinic date.
