To register for a clinic, follow the steps below:
Go to the 2023 Clinic Schedule.
Find the clinic you want to sign up for and click “Get More Info/Register”
You’ll be directed to the clinic details page. Scroll down until you see a registration form.
Complete and submit the registration form.
You’ll then be directed to a payment details page where you can either pay your deposit online or find information on where to mail your check.

Cancellation Policy
A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).
If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.
If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.

Deposits paid by check must be received within 10 days of the registration date.

REFERRAL REWARD POLICY
*For anyone, whether they participated in a clinic or not, who refers a new participant or someone who has not participated in an RPH Clinic within the last three years.
Referral names are listed on registration forms at the time of registering for a clinic.
The value of a referral reward is a $25 discount on future RPH clinics.
The reward will not be granted until after the completion of the clinic.
RPH will send the discount code to the recipient by email.
There is no limit as to the number of referral rewards a person can earn.
