This four-day event goes beyond the traditional concept of a clinic—it's a full immersion experience designed to help you understand and cultivate the essentials of building a strong, trusting relationship with your horse. The focus is on creating a bond that allows you to enjoy any activity, anywhere, at any time, with ease and confidence. Throughout these four transformative days, you'll delve into Robbie's unique Relationship Development process, gaining valuable insights and practical tools to enhance your connection with your horse.

Event

Start Time: This event starts at 8:00 AM, we strongly encourage our participants to arrive the day before this event to get settled in if possible.

Check-in: Thursday, November 7, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We’re sorry, but auditors are NOT permitted at this event.

  • Limited to 6 Participants

  • Please bring a bagged lunch for each day.

  • Held in Covered Arena

  • Bathrooms Available

  • Camping is available - $20 per night

  • Current Coggins Required

  • All participants are required to watch and take notes on each session with each horse. Please come prepared with paper and a pencil.

  • Participants should bring a comfortable chair that is portable. We will be sitting in the arena for part of each session.

  • Participants are expected to stay engaged from the first horse through the last horse each day.

  • Work begins with feeding, catching, grooming, etc.

  • Participants are encouraged to gather together for lunch and dinner. Water will be available. For lunch, participants should be prepared to bring their lunch to eat on site. For dinner, we will eat out as a group.

  • No more than 2 dogs are permitted per campsite. Dogs MUST be on a leash.

  • Participant Fee: $1,000, facility fee is included (paid to RPH)
    *A $200 deposit required to reserve spot. Balance is due 30 days before clinic. Contact us if you’d like to discuss a payment plan.

  • Stalls: $30 per night (paid to facility)
    *Stalls will be bedded and do not need to be stripped at departure. Bring your own hay, feed, buckets, and feed pans.

  • Camping: Tent camping/trailer camping is permitted at $20 per night.

Facility and stall fees will be collected upon arrival.

  • Days 1 & 2 - Robbie will work with each participant’s horse during individual sessions.

  • Days 3 & 4 - Robbie will work with each participant and their horse on their relationship during individual sessions.

 

Clinic FAQ’s

  • A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.

    If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration in order to secure your spot. The remaining clinic fee will be due 30 days prior to the clinic date.
