  • Participant Fee: $250 (paid to RPH)
    *A $75 deposit is required to reserve spot. Balance is due 30 days before clinic.

  • Audit Fee: $25 (paid to facility)

  • Facility Fee: NONE

Audit fees will be collected upon arrival by clinic host.

Clinic FAQ’s

  • A participant will receive a full refund if cancellation is expressed 30 days prior to the said clinic (minus the non-refundable deposit).

    If a cancellation is received after the 30-day timeline, a refund will be refunded minus 25% of the balance owed, but not to include the non-refundable deposit.

    If a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the clinic, no money will be refunded.

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration in order to secure your spot. The remaining clinic fee will be due 30 days prior to the clinic date.
